In A Word…Fearless!

Arian Simone, Founder of Fearless Empowerment Brand

Arian Simone is Fearless, Fun, Fly and Fabulous!  She is an entrepreneur, PR mogul, philanthropist, magazine publisher, author, and Women’s Empowerment leader. It is her goal to inspire women to walk in their God-given destiny and live on purpose.  Let’s learn more about this Fierce Femme.

FW: Thank you, Arian, for allowing me to interview you for our inaugural issue. I am so excited to meet you! Introduce yourself and your business?

AS: I am Arian Simone, CEO and Founder of Fearless Empowerment Brand and Arian Simone Enterprises.  My background is originally in PR and Marketing. I’ve done campaigns for major motion pictures, with studios such as Disney, Sony, Universal and more. I have been in that field for over 14 to 15 years now. During that time, I started my Fearless brand and Fearless magazine in 2010 with cover models such as Khloe Kardashian, La La Anthony and Meagan Good. The evolution of that turned into a Women’s Empowerment movement that I didn’t see happening myself. I also published two books during that time.

FW:  How do you handle stress in your business?

AS:  The way I handle stress in my business is I do gratitude shifts. If I feel overwhelmed, I have to stop and just be grateful. I stop what I’m doing and write a whole gratitude list. I write all the things that I am grateful for. I take the time to just pause, meditate and focus on those things.  What we focus on expands. I like to shift my energy.  I am very big on energy management.

FW: What is the biggest hurdle you’ve overcome since becoming a business owner?

AS:  My biggest hurdle I would say is something more internal than external and that would be me developing my patience. Through time and experience I have learned to be patient with the process. So often we give up in the midst, but we have to be patient.  It’s ok to go back to the drawing board, it’s ok to redo something, it’s ok to revamp something. You just need to take the time out and be patient with the process.
