Tashawna is the owner of Pumps and Profit, a business development and personal branding company for influential business women. After going from low self-esteem to confidently presenting in front of the camera and audience, she wanted to help other women step into their purpose with confidence. She has helped her clients feel more confident in presenting themselves to the world in video format, be featured and noticed by national publications, and define a style that projects a powerfully positive image.  When she is not helping women build businesses she is an active real estate investor with her husband.
