I wanted to build a space for ladies that ditched the “woo woo” and focused on winning

FWM: Who is Emily and what is your superpower?
EF: I grew up on a row crop and cattle farm in Missouri.  My dad was an entrepreneur owning trucking companies & brokerage firms and my mom handled the household so I was so fortunate to get a balance of both of them with their work ethic & domestic skills. I knew at an early age I wanted to be an entrepreneur and worked since I was 14 and purchased my first building and land when I turned 20 and opened my first brick and mortar business.  My superpower would have to be my ability to be resourceful & staying calm in difficult situations to find a resolve.

FWM: How can women who want to do what you do gain access and support?
EF: My private Facebook group “In Good Company” is an amazing community of ladies that are there to support, help & listen.  I also host my Women in Business Workshop each June that they can join the email list on my website to get notified when spaces open.  It’s a 3 day workshop with tactical instruction, education, networking, brainstorming & making tons of lasting friendships.  I wanted to build a space for ladies that ditched the “woo woo” and focused on winning.   You want to talk about babes that are bosses–it’s these ladies!

FWM: You’re a serious BOSS! Tell us, what are you working on and what’s next for you?
EF: Well thank you!  You are too kind!!   I am getting ready to launch a new company in September. It’s been something I’ve been working on all year and I am counting down the days to launch it!  I truly think this is where my entrepreneur path these last 8 years have been guiding me.
