FWM: Why are you so passionate about helping women heal?

Kenise:  I am very passionate about helping women heal because I myself am a survivor.  Part of my healing process is giving back to women regardless of what they’ve been through.Women are an integral and vital part of the world and the human race, so by me being passionate in helping women heal, it allows me to give back.

FWM: What projects are you currently working on?

Kenise: I’ve just completed my first book, The Good Wife and The Other Woman and have been traveling conducting seminars for women ages 16 and up…married and single.  I’m also working on starting group coaching sessions.

FWM: How did you overcome the pain in your life? (Dark Place you were in)

Kenise: It was a very long and tedious process, but I made it through.  It took a drastic change in my mindset and a strong will / desire to rebrand myself to rebuild my life.

FWM: What is your core message to those who feel  like giving up?

Kenise: I find that your breakthrough is right around the corner when you feel like giving up.  When those thoughts of giving up come into your mind, know that it’s now time to push harder to get to the finish line.  It’s easier said than done, but once you get your breakthrough, the feeling is inexpressible.

FWM: What is your *truth* that you live by?
