FWM: What is your secret to being a super- connector of change makers?
My secret to being a multi-dimensional super connector is to tune in to my intuitive superpower gifts of connection and be grounded to remember who I am and why I’m here. I awake before sunrise every day to meditate, sun gaze, and connect with the beauty of nature to find peace, clarity, and focus. Being consciously aware helps me to connect with my higher self and vibrate a frequency that resonates with changemakers and like-minded beings. We attract each other like magnets. I’m grateful to connect with super connectors, changemakers, and light leaders from around the world.
FWM: Tell us about your background.
I’m a first daughter, first grad immigrant living the dream — always curious, seeking, and connecting the dots. My great-grandfathers came to North America in the mid-1800s. The rest of my family immigrated to America 120 years later to achieve the American dream. I grew up in NYC and became the first grad in my family, graduating from NYU with a degree in Computer Information Systems and Organizational Behavior, and achieving a successful career in the business world. I am proud of my Chinese American heritage and embraces my east <> west perspectives to be the best of both worlds. I am blessed to experience life encountering beautiful souls and brilliant minds throughout my journey.
My motto is always to activate my highest potential to deliver the best of the best in all that I do! I started my career at Deloitte where I was trained to be like a Navy Seal of management consulting to implement business and technology solutions for Fortune 500 clients throughout the US, Europe & Asia. I joined Citigroup to launch business intelligence platforms to Asia/Europe and later relocated to Silicon Valley to join Yahoo to launch innovative products globally. I went on to help startups, small businesses, nonprofits, and global communities to grow, scale, and transform with strategy, technology, business development, marketing, and community building.
FWM: As StrongerTogetherX Creator | Intuitive Super Connector Multiplier, what are your initiatives in 2021?
My mission is to connect the world for us to be stronger together to change the world together. My passion project for 2021 is StrongerTogetherX Virtually to connect, multiply and amplify entrepreneurial super connectors, changemakers and light leaders to activate our superpower gifts for a higher purpose. I am co-creating StrongerTogetherX virtual gatherings and global initiatives with partners to connect, empower, and support sustainability, economic empowerment, and knowledge-sharing education for a diverse, equal and inclusive world.

FWM: What are the challenges that you see today and how are you leading individuals to activate their highest potential?
The future is now and the world is abundant. The challenges I see today are the distractions of social media and inequality of access to an abundance of wisdom, resources, and people who can accelerate our highest potential. I am leading individuals to activate our highest potential by holding space virtually to be heard, seen, and connected authentically. I help individuals connect the dots to find who they seek, what they seek and connect them to their tribes, guides, audiences where wisdom, resources, and connections are abundant.
FWM: Tell us about your work as the Chief Growth Officer at Hub.
As Chief Growth Officer at Hub, I connect, amplify and multiply global communities to be stronger together on the Hub platform. I collaborate with partners to co-create / co-host virtual networking event series, masterminds & masterclasses to bring global communities together. I serve as the voice of the customer to channel feedback to enhance the platform.
