Molly Dare Hillenbrand Executive Producer for the Groundbreaking Docuseries, “The Social Movement”

FWM: Known for your powerhouse PR skills, you have built HillenBRAND Media. We are in changing times, what is your advice to businesses?

During times like this it is important to do two things: 1. Make note of what you are currently living without and if you don’t find yourself missing it or if it’s absence isn’t affecting your business it’s time to get rid of it. 2. Try something new and so out of the box that you didn’t have the courage to do before. Maybe it’s a different marketing idea, maybe it’s putting yourself out there, or maybe it’s changing the style of your brand- but if there was ever a time to reinvent and rework your business it is now. Get rid of what isn’t adding value and try something brand new.

FWM: What’s one key piece of advice you’d give to other women looking to excel as a leader in conscious business?

No one can sell your passion better than you can. This is your dream and your vision and it is so important to put yourself in front of your target market and speak from the heart as to why you are passionate about what you do, how you got to where you are and what value your product or business brings to your audience.

You are the Executive Producer at Red Knight Studios and of the groundbreaking Docuseries, “The Social Movement.” Why is this project so important and timely?

This Series is the vision of Chris Lavoie and we are bringing it to life at the end of 2020 through Amazon Prime and other streaming channels. We are bringing together Entrepreneurs, Business Owners, and Thought Leaders from all over the world and giving them 4 days to solve a current global issue. Our issues range from Education Reform to Mental Health to most recently where we are adding a team who has ‘4 Days to Solve a Pandemic’. We pick the issues that seem to have the biggest impact on the world as a whole and it’s fascinating watching these creative minds of different ages, different cultures, different mindsets all come together to develop a business plan to solve it. If there ever was a time to create a Series that ignites the fire within us to use our entrepreneurial spirit for good that is targeted to everyone from today’s youth to our Seniors, it is now. We are hungry for shows that make actually feel something and that we can watch together as a family and be inspired.

FWM: What is the role of business in making the world a better place?

Business and especially marketing is essential in making the world better. Having a message that reaches an audience on a global scale is imperative. If we can develop a business model that is self-funding which provides solutions for the serious issues the whole world is facing, and by design, requires people from all different countries, cultures, races to work together to get it done, what a beautiful thing that would be.

FWM: In your view, how can “The Social Movement” be a catalyst for business and doing good?

Our goal in this Series is to inspire and empower others to see how in just 4 days you can accomplish the extraordinary. When you are surrounded by others who have a similar vision of using their entrepreneurial mindset to broaden your thinking and forces you to expand your self-imposed limits it will create what I like to call “contagious kindness” You can’t help but be inspired when you watch these teams come together and come up with an actual solution and realize we are all capable of doing the same. We all have a genius that we are born with and when nurtured and acknowledged we can take that genius, that talent, and do extraordinary things.

FWM: Share your vision for 2020.

On personal note, my vision for 2020 is to produce some incredibly powerful and inspiring television. On a broader scale: my vision and my hope for 2020 is an increased belief in the human potential for good. That we all realize how capable we really are and that a collective effort is way more powerful and effective than just focusing on yourself and your own goals.
