NH: Introduce yourself and your business.
PB: I’m Paula Britt; a supportive loving mother to my only son, whom I am extremely proud of with his multiple talents and aspirations. I have a love and passion for helping women embrace their short healthy hair. Which led me to my passion of being the Owner/Operator of Blendz Hair Salon of Atlanta/Roswell, Georgia.
Meet Paula Britt
NH: Why did you start Blendz Salon?
PB: After being a Flight Attendant for 11 years, I wanted to have a different career. So I stepped out on faith, and went to Cosmetology school to become a hairstylist. I fell into my niche and love for short hair, flourishing with a strong presence allotting me the opportunities of becoming a Celebrity Master Hairstylist for A-Listers. I then decided to open my own salon and create my brand which allowed me to further flourish. Being in business as a Salon Owner/ Master Hair Stylist for over 19 years.
NH:What is your superpower?
PB: Building confidence in women, be it in their short hair or Entrepreneurship.
NH: What tools have you put in place to help women?
PB: I have created hair tutorial videos, hands on educational hair classes, business consultations and started a mentorship program for women entrepreneurs. Allowing them to perfect their craft in the art of short hair and or running a successful business as a woman.
