Anowa Adjah-Fitness sensation, Master Trainer, and Creator of the Curvy and Cut App places your fitness goals at your fingertips. As a lifelong advocate of health and wellness, Anowa knows the challenges that women face as it pertains to achieving and maintaining our fitness goals. A mother of twins, she uses her knowledge of the body and nutrition to create routines and meal plans to provide a balance between motherhood and creating the body of your dreams.

FWM: Anowa, thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to chat with us. Please introduce yourself to our readers.

AA: Hi, my name is Anowa Adjah. I’m a mother, Master trainer, entrepreneur, speaker, and future author. It is safe to say that I’m an innovator and not scared to venture into new opportunities.

FWM:  What led you to the fitness lifestyle?

AA: My mother was a gym rat and former athlete. She was very active and had us involved in many extracurricular activities. My mother’s routine easily became a part of our lifestyle.

FWM:  As the mother of twins, have you found it harder to reach and maintain your ideal weight after pregnancy?

AA: In honesty, it was very difficult. Before the twins, I had more time to dedicate to training, however, the responsibilities of motherhood proved challenging. For many new moms, you’re struggling to find a balance. Most of the time you’re exhausted which affects your ability to exercise the way you want to. Once my children were able to walk and do things for themselves it became much easier.

FWM: What keeps you motivated?

AA: Setting short-term goals and rewards always keeps me motivated. Each week I set a goal. When I reach a mark I reward myself. It keeps me motivated and encouraged.

FWM: What prompted you to create the Curvy & Cut App?

AA: I wanted to provide a variety of ways to embark on a healthier lifestyle. My Curvy & Cut App provides convenience and allows you to workout anywhere. These days convenience is almost imperative considering all the challenges we are facing right now.

FWM: How can our readers connect with you outside of this interview?
