Bri Seeley is Google’s #1 Entrepreneur Coach

FWM: What does it take to be the top ranked Entrepreneur Coach on Google?

It takes a combination of talent and strategy! I’m incredibly good at what I do and I understand how to use search engine optimization to highlight my strengths to be the top search result.

FWM: It’s time for Spring Cleaning- not your house-your goals! How are you helping entrepreneurs to see their vision by their own rules?

It’s important to look past our goals into the motivations behind them. Often, we make the rules and the visions for our lives based on what other people want and then find it difficult to access the motivation to execute and create said goals. In order for your goals to motivate you to accomplish them, you need to ensure the motivation behind them is yours.

Share your strengths.

My biggest strengths are championing women, strategic thinking and connection.

FWM: “Entrepreneurship is not one-size fits-all.” What will people notice about working with you and your philosophy?

Whereas the majority of the coaching and business development space is filled with “rob and duplicate” strategies, I approach every entrepreneur as the one-of-a-kind business owner they are. We dive deep into their core values, their vision and their skills to ensure that they build a business which is in alignment.FWM:

FWM: How do most people fail because of the way they try to achieve their goals?

There are two ways I see women struggle with this: 1. They are trying to play by someone else’s rules. We all want an easy button and an option to simply follow someone else’s path to our desired destination, but that mentality doesn’t work for entrepreneurship. Failing to acknowledge who we are and the role we play as entrepreneurs within our business structure is a recipe for going out of business. Several former clients of mine came to me after working with other business coaches. These other coaches operated from the perspective that their clients need to blindly take the same steps and follow their methods without question, and all these women came to me believing they were broken because the “proven methods” didn’t work for them. Once they began to realize it wasn’t them, but rather the rules they were forced to play by, and began making their own rules – all of them changed the trajectory of their businesses and built systems which brought them to profitability. 2. They are staying in their comfort zone. The thing about the dreams, goals and visions most of us have is that they don’t exist in our current comfort zone. We have to evolve who we are on the inside to match the vision we have on the outside in order to accomplish what we desire. A former client of mine found herself only taking actions that were in her comfort zone, failing to promote her business and invite women into working with her. Two years into her business and she didn’t have a single paying client. She began working with me, we stretched her comfort zone and changed how she showed up in her business and she immediately began signing clients. Now, she not only has a thriving business, but she’s one of the top industry experts in her niche.

FWM: Tell us about your best-selling book, “Permission to Leap.”

‘Permission to Leap’ was written to help people make big changes in a way that is sustainable. It’s for people who know there is something more out there, but have been terrified to take the steps to get there. ‘Permission to Leap’ will guide you through the process of leaping from the day you commit to the day you land softly on the other side.

FWM: What lessons have you learned as a coach?

It’s not about me. While I get to share a lot of who I am in the process, coaching is about serving the people who need me. I do my best to remove “how I would do it” from the equation so I can guide each individual to find their unique path towards their unique vision of success.

FWM: What’s next for you in 2021?

I am relaunching my accelerator program for entrepreneurs in April! It’s a 1-year experience for Solopreneurs who are looking to scale and systematize their business in an ease-filled way. It includes monthly support, business strategy, quarterly virtual retreats and a 4-day in person retreat over the course of the year. Graduates have tripled their business revenue, launched books and podcasts, grown their teams, automated their processes, and more.
