FWM: Introduce yourself and your business.
SMC: I’m Shandaria Massey Cureton; a fun loving mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend. I have a love and passion for making people feel good internally and externally which lead me to my passion of being the Owner/Operator of Halo Salon Boutique of Charlotte, North Carolina.
FWM: Why did you start Halo?
SMC: I started my company because I had outgrown the environment I was in. I then knew it was time to evolve to higher heights. Opening a salon and creating my brand allowed me the opportunity to flourish.
FWM: What is your super power?
SMC: Resilience, because no matter what comes my way. I never lose sight of the coursed vision.
FWM: What tools have you put in place to help women?
SMC: To exude confidence in all aspects of their being. And why woman? Because although women are strong, we need a positive reinforcement of our great capabilities.
